"Brittany Zientek is by far the worst counselor I have ever encountered in my life. She did not show up for our scheduled appointment and never contacted me to reschedule. Not only that, the front desk had no record of my appointment (they did attempt to contact her, but got no response). Also, from past appointments she talks to you as if she is your friend and not someone you are paying to help you. She would always call me "girl". She also said after multiple sessions she would arrange an ADHD test for me and NEVER did. Now they are not offering testing and do not have an ETA on when testing will be available. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Overall, horrible experience from this establishment. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone who needs help."

"My son, who has Tourette Syndrome, received CBIT therapy with Dr. Madison Perry. At the onset of treatment, my son's tics were complex, severe in intensity (causing physical pain and discomfort), and frequent. Dr. Perry tackled the tics, piece by piece, and offered (at times) several competing response options. She clearly and simply explained the training to my son so he could participate in the process. He was able to identify premonitory urges and environmental factors that exacerbated his tics. Dr. Perry was available to answer any questions or concerns I had outside of the office. She was also able to address some minor OCD impulses she identified during treatment. By the time he was discharged from treatment, my son was able to manage his complex tics successfully and with confidence. Fortunately, the complex tics have waned but he still utilizes the tools he received under her guidance and care. Dr. Perry is a wonderful clinician! Her knowledge, keen observances, pleasant disposition, patience, and intense commitment to her clients are invaluable and genuine. I am infinitely grateful for her counsel and encouragement during a very difficult period for my son and family. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Perry!!"
