"This service is so much help for daycare expenses, but they need to do some organizing asap. I get so fed up with having to resend paperwork and not having case notes taken. It would make things so much easier for both clients and caseworkers if they knew where things were and what information they should have. I work as a caseworker too and documentation is core to the job."

"I love this program because it helps me to pay for childcare. The major problem that I had the most issues with for all of the years that I've been using them, is that they lose paperwork on a regular basis. I came in last year and gave them the paperwork along with my pay stubs. Then I get something in the mail saying that they needed proof of income after I gave them my pay stubs. I go in yesterday, and they said that they didn't get anything. But this is happened every. Single. Time. Out of all the years that I've used them they've always lost my pay stubs. Or some other paperwork. Otherwise the program is wonderful. But I make sure that they stamp my stuff so that way I can tell them that I already gave them what they needed. So then it's on them to find it."
