"We loved taking our senior girl Mia here. The team they have are all wonderful and I never stressed if one specific person was not available to book when it came time for her bath as they all do a fantastic job. Our Mia always loved spa day, and afterwards you could tell she was so happy and had a great time. Our sweet girl crossed the rainbow bridge, and I had to stop by to close out her account and pick up her special bath items. I remember Sam coming out and hugging me as I cried collecting her things. To me that hug meant the world because I felt Mia along with myself was not just a number. She, we, were family and they felt the loss as much as we did. They love each of their clients as their own. I will always recommend them."

"One thing I check whenever I drop my dog off at the groomer is, did they acknowledge him. They loved him! I’m so glad they treated him so kindly, that is really important to me. He thoroughly LOVED getting groomed. He did not have razor burn or bald spots, which is what we have experienced at other places. He normally has long shaggy hair, but it tends to get unruly. Thank you for doing such a great job! Everyone was so friendly and this is the best he’s ever looked!"
