"Edit: They contacted me the day after I posted this review to apologize and refund the $30 membership fee. This group charges a $30 membership fee just to make an appointment with a therapist. We were recommended to a specific therapist by a friend so I went in ahead and paid the $30 fee last week to make an appointment for this week, yesterday. We filled out all the new patient paperwork and then on the day of the (online) appointment, nothing. Didn’t get a call back or link or anything. Then I checked the patient portal and it said the appointment was cancelled, no reason given! I called the office the next day, today, and was on hold for 20 minutes before receptionist picked up. She had no idea why the appointment was cancelled but I could make an appointment with another therapist (for sometime in the next few weeks, I’m sure). I was felt like I was being ripped off so asked for my money back. The receptionist says she forwarded my refund request to the billing department and they’ll get back to me whenever. In a nutshell, if you need a therapist right now, don’t call this group. They’ll take your $30 and provide nothing in return."
