"I tried to come to PetSmart's defense in view of all of the bad reviews. It's a cheap grooming service. We get what we pay for. Why are so many people over-emotional and upset? Then, I booked a service just to find out "we do not have time", but..I booked the service with a real person, not online, not at the wrong place. I booked it with your company at this location, just an hour ago. I didn't just walk in. "Yeah well you see the booking service doesn't work correctly, so please come back in 5 hours". Now I get it "service is dead", managers are 25 years younger than me, and now I'm that over-emotional guy wondering if I am in the twilight zone. These same people would destroy me if I did this to them, meanwhile they are smiling at me acting as if this isn't a major issue. I called, clearly articulated my needs, in English, very-very clear about my grooming needs, jump in the car, drive all the way down, and they look at me like I'm a complete idiot. I let things slide all the time, I know the world is imperfect, but this is plain incompetence. This is what I get for laughing at the upset people on here and saying, "It's just a dog hair cut sheesh". Fate kicked me right in the butt after giving them a 5 star pity rating. And who on here has ever received a call from the manager saying, "we will try harder", or "we will make some changes" or just simply "sorry"."

"This is my favorite Petsmart and they always treat me right regardless of what I am looking for...Fish, fish tank supplies, and anything dog related. There's a guy name Shane who seems to be working everyday and no matter what day it is, he's there helping me. Sat, Sunday or humpday. He's always helping answer questions or reminding I have Petsmart Bucks to apply to my purchase. I been coming to this location for about 4 years now and one of main reason is people like Shane with their customer service is why I keep coming back. It's nice to have familiar faces you can rely on."

"Please do not use the groomer here. We were told it would be one price but were charged 3xs the amount. To top it all off the haircuts were terrible. It was patchy, uneven, and just plain ridiculous. These are not skilled groomers but they want to charge $150 for a haircut, and half of these fees were bogus added fees to plump up the bill. They also charged us $100 for our 9lb dog after we were told it would be significantly less. We will NOT be returning ever. Please, don’t do it to your wallet or your dog. Worst grooming experience ever. Our dogs are traumatized."

"Worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. They left his hair uneven and choppy, and not a shih-tzu haircut at all. Grooming staff is not the most friendly and kind of rude, even the cashier apologized to me because he saw how rude they were."
