"This review is just for making a new patient appointment. I'm not even willing to consider becoming a patient. After receiving a call back from Angela to get info on the psychiatrists, she seemed really rushed and basically hung up before I could ask another question. I guess the doctors are good, but I'm not willing to call back after that first impression. I wanted to check the doctors available before making a decision, but she didn't make it possible."

"Patient for 6 years. No more. Office staff are rude and combative and if you do have a mental illness they don't seem to care and escalate situations. The care is awful. I was denied a sheduled appointment because I didn't have my new insurance card and wasn't allowed to see the Dr. Until I agreed to SELFPAY. I had insurance just not with me. Without the appointment they were going to withhold medecine. They don't care about your problems only your money. When I told them I was leaving they were very hostile and made it very difficult. I went here for 6 years...it hasn't changed in all that time. Go somewhere else."

"I am currently a patient here with Dr B, about to be a former patient!!!! Although the medicine i've been prescribed has worked well with me the service and "care" i've received since i've been coming here is not up to par. You'd think people working in the MENTAL HEALTH FEILD would be a little bit more compassionate to their mentally ill patients. Specifically Angela at the front desk. Never have i had an easy time dealing with her. When's the last time she had a training course? I will not be coming back to this office and if you have high levels of anxiety i would NOT recommend coming to this place as they just add to the stress."

"HORRIBLE PLACE!!!. I'm having major problems with anxiety right now and had withdraws from recent medication that was proscribed from a different physiatrist called Paxil CR. Dr. Vatsala Bhaskaran said she was going to help me make things right and help me get back on track. Well after trying a few medications that wasn't working well with me, she tried a different one and now I'm having other symptoms. She gotten frustrated with me and complain that something is always wrong with the medicine I take and no one else's complains. She said she can't help me and I should go back to my old Doctor. She cancelled my appointments and left me to dry. Thanks for the help and being professional. Unbelievable!!"

"Not a great office. Angela, the receptionist clearly hates her job. Never seen her smile and she won't call you if there is a problem with your insurance. She will automatically make you a self pay patient without telling you. She said that's their policy. Their computer system also does NOT keep records of your previous medications. Yeah, I was surprised too. Try somewhere else."
