"If I can leave no stars I would. I came to the machine to purchase a tag for my pup. I picked out the one I wanted and customized it. I decided to use cash since I don’t trust too many kiosks with my card. After we put all the information in and gave my cash I’m guessing the tag got stuck so it gave me a notice on the screen. We called the help hotline and they were no help at all. Assuming we were just lying about the purchase since I never got a emailed receipt after I gave my email address. This machine basically robbed me of $11 and I was offered no help from the company as well. DO NOT USE THIS MACHINE"
