"If I could give them no starts. I highly DO NOT recommend working for this company. CYEGA terminated me without explanation and proof. Not only did they terminated me, but they refused to pay me for the hours that I had worked and put notes in. Brittany, Mario, Monique has committed fraud. Mario is the supervisor and he takes clients off of your caseload without your knowledge to keep the clients from hitting the Neglect log. Mario does this so that, so he doesn’t get into trouble with Management Team. Monique is the therapist, and of course she has committed fraudulent acts against her clients. Clients stated that they have not heard from her, but guess what??? She still billed. Brittany sends out these alerts when you do not meet the criteria/hours per the pay period. Brittany, Mario, and Monique wants you to have 60 hours in a pay period, which is sometimes impossible because of the LOC of clients. It’s hard to reach client’s. This company is a money hungry company, and do not care about the well being of their staff. Also if you’re thinking about quitting or get terminated, they will not pay you for your work unless you sign the termination agreement. It’s a shame how they’re withholding my check because I don’t want to sign a termination letter. To add, they will send out a mass email informing everyone that you are no longer working for the company and explain the reason. CYEGA, the world will know how you’re a Fraudulent company and withholding my check."

"Work there at your own risk. Patients/clients don’t get the service or time they deserve. I believe people are worse off after being here, depending on who their QMHP is. Non-clinical staff trying to handle clinical matters. Unlicensed workers handling jobs that’s for licensed professionals only. I wouldn’t send my crazy dog let alone a child or adult. Get paid when they feel you should, not on payday due to errors on their end and lack of organization. Overall, it’s the worst, most unprofessional, hostile work environment, disorganized, no set standards for responsibilities, and petty place I’ve ever worked. Policies are ever changing and selectively enforced. One person can do what another person can’t. How? If it’s not allowed or us mandatory, that should be the standard across the board. Oh yea, mandatory trainings and meetings that you don’t get paid for but their “admin” staff does. Do yourself a favor, don’t quit your day job unless you’ve worked there a month-if it takes that long for you to see exactly what I’m saying. Some of the positive reviews are by staff who have an ownership role in the business. Lol smh Just be mindful of sending your loved one here or accepting a job."
