"This place does not stand by its online posted guarantee. I placed an order May 11 and have been trying to get a manager to contact me since I recieved it. I even wrote a message on Facebook to try to reach out and it was deleted and I was blocked from posting again. The items I ordered don't work for my pets and based on the guarantee, the company should be attempting to fix the issue, which they have not. I have attached the guarantee posted on their website. Do not order from this company as they do not stand behind what they say! My experience was anything but positive!"
