"This place promised to provide care for my son and instead they took him away from his stabilized care and now he’s a missing person because the home inner wisdom placed him in was so bad and they couldn’t handle him then dumped him off at some other group home where he stopped receiving treatment and it was worse so he ran away"

"I share a previous review that this place is a joke. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF OR A LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE. I went there to get a refill from Dr Pasztor who had originally prescribed it a few years before when she was in a private office. It had been refilled through Joanne at Inner Wisdom for the years since. Iwas told the rules had changed & I had to go through their day program in order to get it. I went the first day & was shocked. No therapy took place, we were in a room with a shuttle driver who had no skills & was basically babysitting. I saw the psychiatrist & she & therapist agreed I didn't need to be in their day care. She said she ordered my prescription. Since no therapy took place that day & Dr Pasztor said Daniel was a good therapist, I said ok ill come another day. My second day was worse. One of the patients in my group had bedbugs & was removed & spraying took place. A therapist came in & by this time its 15 minutes from break & she wants to discuss Daily Routine & what that means etc. Then she dismisses us early. I realize this so called therapy is much too basic for me. Since I had been told I was not obligated to do group, I said I wanted to leave. By this time, I'm feeling traumatized by the bed bug incident, the general chaos in the place, the inability to know who was staff & who was "inmate" & the lack of any stabilizing structure I just wanted out. Despite what they had previously told me they then refused to fill my prescription & suggested other places to go. This place is a nut house. Despite the name, I didn't experience any "inner wisdom" from staff & they sure aren't teaching it. They are warehousing patients that need help & collecting from insurance companies & probably medicaid as well. They should be shut down. Period. If this is an example of mental health care for low income in Texas, we are in BIG trouble."

"This workplace is a joke, they lie about pay and the actual duties of your position once you start working. The rules only apply to certain employees. It’s a whole lot of nepotism and favoritism goes on at this job. Only 2 therapists actually does their job. Tons and tons of giant sized roaches and they still give out and serve food like it’s ok. Their food server doesn’t even have certification to serve or cook food in the establishment. Inner wisdom is a money hungry business only cares about money. The turnover rate is high, the moral at this job is very very low. They want to add 3-4 new assignments to your job title but don’t want to raise the pay. The restrooms is disgusting, I know because I was the only person trying to clean. Honestly can’t think of one good thing to say about this place. Run Away! Patients and Job Seekers this is not where you want to be. Them patients constantly have bed bugs and other pesticides living ON them! They don’t document anything smh"

"I have been seeing Ms Joanne for the last few months for medication. Since I have been a patient I have never once had any response to any messages left for Joanne or sent via email. More recently I have had to call for a week straight and speak with Tabetha, who in my opinion did somewhat of what she actually could do, and another rep who was very rude and at one point sent me to a none working vm and then sent all further calls directly to vm. I have emailed and called for over a week trying to get a refill for meds sent and paperwork filled out for another doctor of mine. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional especially in the field of work they are in. I would not suggest or recommend anyone willingly use Inner Wisdom."
