"I am seeking therapy for the first time ever. I’ve been reaching out for a week, trying to set an initial consultation. Was told to get my insurance information checked out. Which I did. Only to play phone tag for a week. I just decided to call multiply times and was then told that they weren’t taking anymore clients. This was a complete waste of my time and makes question even if I want to seek therapy anymore."

If the person who answers the phone is rude like that over the phone then I can only imagine in person! The sad part is, as professional myself the question repeatedly asked before making the appointment is not imperative. If I tell you what I need, you don’t have to know who referred me or what is for."

"The receptionist Juanita interrogates you & questions you as if your lying, just to make an appointment, this place asked my husband to call before we can setup a appointment, when he did , he mistakenly said the wrong type of therapy, so when I called back she did not want to help us with a marriage counseling appointment cause my husband mistakenly said individual, I had to give her a piece of my mind, an got so offended said she would have to see if the Dr. would see me and she did not want to talk to me anymore wow , Juanita , there is many other help available, where they don't make people feel the way you do! You would think the type of business they would treat people looking for help differently, no wonder there is so many ugly fights like you told my husband. I did find a psychologist where none of this happened."
