"Aquarium area had a large amount of water on the floor. The male associate with long hair in a ponytail was quite unfriendly. Wasn’t a very welcoming environment. The younger female associate was friendly though. Overall really disappointing. Seems like a really depressing job. Don’t understand why they can’t add more lighting to actually see the items. I think a coat of paint would do this place wonders."

"Their groomers are fantastic and their associates have always gave great service when I check out for all my pups needs. They’re not on their phones half the time like some locations I’ve been to. Good to know customer service can still exist."

"Everyone is always helpful and upbeat and nice at this Petco. Alex always greets me and my dog when I bring him with nice enthusiasm. He makes me feel at home and he is great to go out of his way to help me locate items I might be looking for. I always feel at home there."

"Normally a great store. Only issue is curbside pickup. The app says the store has been notified each time I pull up and no one ever comes out. In all previous instances, I’ve orders curbside merely as a convenience. This time I truly needed the help as I have torn muscles in my shoulder. So…I sit and sit and nothing. I go inside and there are two employees behind the register. No customers. No line. I inquire if they were notified I had pulled up and was told, “I don’t know where it would notify me.” If the app isn’t working correctly when it says it’s notifying the store please fix it."

"This store is always dirty, dark and stinky. Today there were at least 6 dead Betta fish and employees complaining about their fellow co workers. Slip hazard in the fish area"
