"I was there like 5 minutes ago,fist thing I Just speak Spanish and I has to go with my niece to this appoinment there is not body to assit you whe the patient arrived.I received a text message that said appoinmment between 12:30 to 1 pm,we arrived 12:51 and we seat and waited for about 30 minutes.When she finished with the others patients she asked us why we were late and I said we aren't late and she said that we only had between 12:30 to 12:40 we try to explain her but she got ungry and asked us to leave her office.If I could give her 0 start I do it because she is unprofesional and I sugest to find another person to help her to help patients in the front because is the most important thing bring the patient help and they can feel welcome when they arrived this office"
