"Action Physical Therapy is the friendliest group I have ever experienced! I had ruptured the tendons in my hand. My doctor called JIM KING right there in the exam room. Jim answered and said come right over. Jim worked me in his busy schedule that day. He hand made two different splints that fit my hand perfectly. They were so comfortable to wear and prevented further damage. JIM KING'S therapy helped me avoid hand surgery! That was huge to me! He is top notch when it comes to dealing with HANDS. He is the most educated and experienced hand therapist around! This guy knows his stuff! I highly recommend JIM KING for your hand therapy needs!"

"Action PT made recovery from 3 hand surgeries a very positive experience! When I came into therapy the first day, I couldn’t open or close my hand. It was stuck in a contracture following surgery. 6 weeks later and I have practically all of my movement/strength back. Jim is a fantastic motivator and teacher. "I am apparently now a frequent patient at Action PT. I had both carpal tunnel surgeries in 2022. In 2023, I went back for 1. an inflamed wrist, 2. hip impingement, and 3. shoulder issues. The staff is great!! The laughs flow freely with Jim and Tiffany on the OT side. And the therapists and techs on the PT side are always upbeat and fun. I have underlying issues that complicate my situation. Jim and Maddie are very patient and often have to get creative with treatment protocols. I’ve been to my share of PT/OT clinics, and none come anywhere close to the vibe at Action PT. If you want a very serious and clinical environment, it may not be the best fit. But if you want an upbeat, positive, and encouraging environment to help boost your rehab and make it more fun and tolerable, then I strongly recommend my friends at Action PT!"

I was extremely nervous about my recovery after my accident, but I was blessed to be referred to the wonderful therapists and therapy techs at this Action PT location. Tiffany Nguyen was my therapist and made me feel so comfortable and supported through my therapy. Her kindness and compassion made this stressful event as good as it could be. She was always so positive, happy, and available! Her team was also absolutely amazing. The group of people working at this clinic are wonderful. Jim and Karen were also two of my favorites.
