Sent in information and called in to check the status a couple of times, understanding everyone is short staffed, but over a month later to be told they cannot help because they don't take my insurance. You asked me to text you my insurance and the next day asked for my ID. I texted images to you and then nothing. So please don't say it was a telemarketing thing. I called and spoke to you directly as a friend referred me to you. Just accept that your office dropped the ball. Find the error and correct it, don't blame the person that was doing what they were asked to do. Own your stuff."
