"If you want to feel unwelcomed, condescending tone, blame you for not knowing how insurances work as a 1st timer (when it took her 5 years to figure it out herself -quoted words)... Please go see Dianne Diamond. Admitting she was not part of my EAP program we've been trying to get authorization for the past 20 min, she was just an invitee still out of network, made me realized she knew from the beginning I would have to pay out of pocket instead of my prepaid session....
