"was greeted by the friendliest cashier who had to call an alleged manager to get my online order. 'manager' eventually strolled along bringing the wrong items. we had to call him back as he was immediately walking away (only time he moved fast) to let him know it was wrong. inches back 5 minutes later and drops my bags on the counter and walks away. No explanation and no apology as to why it would take over 10 minutes for me to pick up an online order. If he's the manager, I have no idea how that place is still open."

"The lady at the counter was very helpful. She took her time to show me the things I wanted for my pets. Customer service was excellent."

"Went to go buy some dog food and the sell by date was 27 days past the date. This is not the first time I have seen expired pet food being sold at a Petco. Also the items they sell in the store are much higher in price than what the price is online, I don’t understand why they can’t have the same prices in the store as they have online, it makes no sense to me. With prices high everywhere already, I don’t understand why they have to get even more money from those who don’t check the prices online. I prefer going to other online retailers who always give me pet food that is fresh and not past the sell by date or expired, as well as give me the best prices for the items I buy."

"Though there was an issue with what I was told closing time was and actual closing, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The toy that was suggested for my extreme chewer is still “alive” minus an ear."

"I came in close to closing on Christmas Eve and was greeted with nothing but warm smiles, if that isn't the true test to Customer Service. The Cashier at the counter was very helpful and I even got a chance to speak with the Groomer. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable."
