"Seriously has been the worst experience working with who ever does billing. Was told I owed $50 for a no show fee and then was told I actually don’t owe anything. Booked my appointment saw the therapist $125 and then was charged 2 no show fees that she said they wrote off for tax purposes but now I still have to pay it. $100 bucks on no show fees from almost a year ago. Amazing!!! I’m cured."

"My therapist was pretty good but their absolute tyrants when it comes to their late policy. I missed an appointment because my daughter had to go to urgent care. I called the front desk the next day as I was charged a $50 late fee; I wanted to explain my situation. The person I spoke to said “we are sorry, but this is policy”. I then asked to speak to someone in charge of said policy and I was transferred. I was once again reminded of policy after explaining my extenuating circumstances (in addition to the fact I had not ever missed an appointment before). The Resilience Center of Houston did not budge. I then told the individual that I would discontinue services with them and asked that they consider the fact that they’d miss out on thousands of dollars over a $50 late fee and they did not budge. It seems as though this company (don’t forget that) is more concerned with policy rather than having human understanding when it comes to their clients. There are much better places around and I 100% recommended you searching elsewhere."

"My therapist was nice but their late policy is ridiculous. I was running less than 20 mins late for an online appt because my 2 year old woke up with a fever so her whole schedule is off and her nap time which is when I have my sessions and I'm 24 weeks pregnant and seeking couseling for the anxiety im feeling for my situation. I normal get a text from the therapist if im a couple mins late logging on. I did not. So when I tried to log in they canceled my appt and told my therapist that I canceled and charged me a $50 no show fee. When I called to talk to the office manager they said they can not wait the fee even after explaining the situation. I would never do business with people so uncaring and unresonable. There is always a courtesy as this has never happened before. Be very wary. FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO ACTUALLLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. I should have ran the first time when they tried to charge me $50 for needing to cancel because I had a really bad upper respiratory illness that took me out of work for a month and half. I called 23hr 45mins before my appt to let them know. And they said I need 24 hrs to cancel and if I canceled I would get charged that $50 fee. So I had to meet my counselor online coughing barely able to breath and talk from a sore throat. I will never return or pay that fee. They will continue to lose business with such a rigid and ridiculous policy that does not care for the clients."

"Seeing Dr. Lauren Forde here was my first time ever going to therapy and she along with the staff completely exceeded my imagination. Being nervous she MADE SURE to make me feel welcomed, safe and comfortable from the start. Making something that seemed so scary and impossible to me just become natural. Now I look forward to our sessions and couldn't imagine a better therapist. You can tell she loves what she does, takes pride in her work and respects you. Kindest and most genuine heart ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, anyone would be lucky to see her."
