"I was hesitant to write a review and just recently came across an old email I had from this daycare and I thought that I should go ahead and write the review because I feel pretty strongly. I just generally don't like confrontation. I liked Lisa initially, I loved that she was certified and had background checks. However in the 3 months that we had her watch our son she used all of her allotted vacation days(I cant remember for sure but I think it was probably around 10 days). It caused me to have issues at work from calling out. She requires a two week paid notice before pulling your child out of her daycare in which I didn't feel comfortable telling her the real reason we would not be sending our child to her anymore. I just told her that we were going to have someone else watch him. Initially she did not have any animals in the house, but then once my son started we noticed that she had a gerbil or something and the house smelled terrible like the cage. On the website it promises things like daily notebook entries of how your child is doing. I never received any of those. After we told her that we were going to switch our son to another provider another parent came up to my husband and mentioned us moving and that is why we were no longer coming so obviously they were not told the truth. She also called the cops on my Father in Law and Brother in Law when they came to pick up my son because she did not recognize them. When I had provided her with the information for my in laws to be authorized people for pick up."
