"Erica charges a fee if you miss an appointment or call the same day to cancel. However, she has double standards when it comes to this practice. She has no respect for anyone else's time but her own. She is often late for appointments (I can only think of a couple of appointments she was actually on time for - and that's being generous) and she frequently, VERY frequently, had her office call to reschedule my appointments only ONE HOUR beforehand. On a recent visit, I sat in the lobby of her office waiting, because she was late as usual, and overheard the receptionist tell two patients on the phone that there would be a fee for a same day cancellation. On the day of my next appointment one week later, her office called ONE HOUR BEFOREHAND to reschedule my appointment AFTER they had already confirmed it. I understand things happen and I would be more than forgiving and willing to overlook this but it happens WAY too often. She has managed to keep 3 of the past 6 appointments I had. The other 3 appointments were cancelled ONE HOUR beforehand. The hypocrisy and lack of professionalism she holds on this matter is just phenomenal and flabbergasting to me. How is she supposed to help people if she can't even keep their appointment."
