"I HAD A VERY BAD AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE today running into someone I called the "PETCO KAREN," a rude and disrespectful stylist named JESSICA who refused to groom my dog ​​because I was 6 minutes late – yes, read that right, 6 minutes late, due to heavy traffic at the store's corner. Despite calling her to inform and doing everything possible to arrive on time, the unpleasant woman had the audacity to tell me she had decided to take her lunch break during my appointment hour and didn't feel like serving me because she wasn't going to interrupt her meal or leave the store later “just to help a customer”, I kindly offered to wait until she finished eating even though she was violating my scheduled time! She simply told me she didn't feel like serving me, period. I almost begged her because I didn't want to have a confrontation with her, since I urgently needed my pet's grooming, but the arrogant and disrespectful person simply said no. I have been a loyal customer of PETCO for years, and this is the first time I encounter a person like Jessica. Honestly, I was upset, but seeing her miserable face made me feel sorry for so much unhappiness and dissatisfaction she reflected. It's clear she hates her job, dislikes animals, and doesn't know how to treat people. Thank God I had that experience that warns me not to take my dog ​​there again, as I can't imagine what this irritable and insensitive woman can do to pets when she's alone. It's evident she's not a good person and she lacks empathy and sensitivity towards others! Very bad for a great store like #PETCO"

"So didn't not know since January they charge you .10 a bag now. Been shopping they all year and now someone asked me if I would like a bag and of course I am like yes.... They then scaned something and I had to ask what they where scanning. That is when they told me about they charge for bags. So it would be nice to be informed about this when costumers check out."
