Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston/Katy Mills Mall

"Please don't make your reservation with the Hilton web they didn't give the information to the hotel staff. I had to change rooms because of it!! Call the Hotel itself!! Isabella at the main desk was very helpful and fix'st us with a new room. Our 2 day stay was enjoyable and comfortable and the hotel was full. I don't enjoy pod coffee makers in the room and prefer k-cup style. I am not a fan of premade egg/cheese omelettes or the small peel off containers for condiments. I enjoy fresh made eggs,bacon and sausage. I spoke to the mgr ( Morgan ) and sat down with her about my concerns and she let me know about some coming changes that will address concerns. I wasn't the only one that notified her. I will stay here next time we are in Katy. try it, you decide. David"

"I stayed at this Homewood Suites for the first time. Upon check in I was greeted but not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member! I walked away and then came to ask the lady at the front desk if I got the complementary water for being a Hilton member, she looked and said "Oh i guess I missed that". The room was clean and very nice but the breakfast had a lot to be desired! The breakfast had small little egg squares that had a crusty bottom on them that you couldnt cut, greasy rope type sausage, some french toast sticks, that were cold and that was all the breakfast consisted of! Most of the Hilton properties that I have stayed have a very good breakfast setup not this place, they had only one waffle iron which made for a long wait to use, the oatmeal was cold, with nothing in add ins for it ! I am not impressed by this Hilton property, they need to improve and upgrade their breakfast area greatly and add seating for a hotel of this size!"

"Great place. Lovely environment. Courteous workers. On the overall, I enjoyed my stay. Will recommend a little more attention to little details like a dead remote control, dead room phone, and blood stain on the stool-leg."

"The rooms and service were good. Living room had a couch and there’s a full kitchen area with cookware and tableware. Hotel offers breakfast, which was decent, it had a good selection of items. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel is well located, close to a lot of stores and food options. Only issue was the fire alarm that wake me up at 3 am. By the way it was not treaded as a safety concern nor vacate the building."

"I was pleasantly impressed by the facility, the staff and the location of this hotel. I had been to Katy before but all of this new development hadn't been built. You can find almost anything close to the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wedding rehearsal and dinner in the dining room which was easily large enough for the whole party. A definite recommendation."
