"Yea, Thriveworks has been sending me a wrong bill for several weeks .... $660 for 1 counselor visit ..... must be soaking the insurance company. Impossible to get through. They have no email, or chat, and expect you to sit on hold for over 10 minutes (i bailed after 10) if you try to call them. told my counselor if the situation doesn't improve, i will find a counselor someone else .... they are a dime a dozen. Thriveworks sucks."

"Jacqueline Nelson was definitely a blessing for me. We had sessions for 3 and a half months, and I learned so much about myself that I kept bottled up and hidden away for so many years because I was always "just fine" or I always thought "someone else has it worse." She helped me understand myself better, what my goals and wants are for myself, and how to live the life I deserve. Jacqueline is kind, caring, and thoughtful. She took great notes, which I admired because she always remembered the things I would tell her, and if she didn't,... well, it was in her notes! She made me feel important. She would always show up with a smile and end the session by giving me some meaningful homework that we would reflect on during our next session. One important aspect for me is that she was always willing to work with me, as long as I went about things correctly. There were two times I had to change our session days and she worked with me to find a time that would work for both of us. Overall, I have had an amazing experience, and I definitely benefited from my sessions with Jacqueline. I would recommend her to others for sure."
