"I can't speak to the actual work of the dentist because they keep rescheduling. They MAKE you take off work twice... Once just to come in for an appointment to take x-rays, then come back for the actual cleaning. What a waste of time!! I am a single mother and can't afford to keep taking multiple days off for something that every other dentist does in one visit. They reschedule your appointments like crazy, which could be avoided if they didn't make you schedule two. They also charge you the COVID fee at both appointments. When my insurance changes, so will my dentist. This is ridiculous!"

"I have been going to this dental office for 4 years. I went this past week and someone came to the door, saw me standing there, walked away and I was not serviced. It was rude customer service. When I called they told me I had to call and let them know I was outside. However, they did not send an email with the reminde of their new policy. Either way when the female came to the door she could have acknowledged me and informed me of the policy. This is the second time I have received terrible customer service and will be finding a new dental office."

"I had a working interview here today and I absolutely love it. The patients were all very happy when they left, everything is sterilized according to procedure, everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing which creates a very smooth working environment. In turn it keeps patient wait times short thus setting the stage for a pleasurable visit to the dentist. I really enjoyed my time spent here today and it would be a great honor if they chose me to be their next Dental Assistant. The only thing that is a little different here is the X Rays, they are done partially digital partially not which can make the X Ray portion of the exam just a hair longer than that of the fully digitized version. In either case it's still a very efficient office. Great work guys!"

"This experience was quite amazing, and I have to admit that never before had I have a fantastic moment at the dental care as Woodlands Dental Care. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcome . The staff is really competent and fabulous . Esther is one of the best member of the staff that encountered and I would love to recommend you. She 's very interesting and reliable when it comes to getting your teeth taking care of. Anyways , Good job guys ! I give you all an A+!! Thanks so much for taking care of me ! I would recommend this dental care , for they are the best."
