"I had the upmost unpleasant experience at Pet-smart. My original groomer Alexis or Lexus had been so kind and attentive when it came to my dogs needs for grooming . However, Viviana V had taken over, and wasn’t very thrilled to be at a place where their whole purpose is to take care of animals . She was incredibly disrespectful, had a snarky attitude and when I asked her that I didn’t want my dogs hair to be cut, she ignored my wishes and cut all of my golden retrievers hair. I asked her to trim, a trim is 1/2 in to an 1 inch off. SHE SHAVED ALL OF HIS HAIR AND TAIL !! . I specifically told her multiple times I didn’t want it fully cut, a SMALL TRIM. now my dog has no hair left and he has a skin condition . THANK YOU VIVIANA ! I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else’s dog ."
