"Service has rapidly declined since the girl who used to work here left. Lucky to get a hello even after literally passing by 3 to 4 employees. Employees talking on their cell phone while ringing up consumers is unacceptable, except here. I'm really not sure why I continue to spend my Hard Earned money here if I'm not being appreciated. I'm only giving you the Real."

"unbelievably terrible customer service. i regularly shop here and try to support this store as a local business. during my last visit the woman at the counter did not offer a receipt or proof of purchase, and was incredibly rude. after leaving, we decided we wanted a different drink, and returned maybe ten minutes later and talked to the same employee. she not only accused us of stealing due to our lack of receipt, but then became incredibly hostile and insisted that i stand and allow her to yell at me. she raised her voice, pointed her finger at me, and slammed her hand on the counter, despite my apologies (even though i had done nothing wrong)- look at the cameras for proof. i would suggest giving your business to literally anyone else in evanston."

"The store has great selection of liquor and good prices. However if your looking for cigars the humidor does not look like it's in a good shape."

"This location is very conveniently located on Davis street and is surrounded by other businesses making it very accessible. The staff are always friendly and helpful if needed. Prices are fair and they have a table with discounted liquor that really has some steals. They also have a bottle cooling station that is fantastic, in a few minutes you can have an ice cold bottle as if it has been in the freezer for hours or a bottle of wine that has been chilling all day."
