"Worst mental health facility I've ever seen. The staff is rude and disrespectful, with the exception of a few (Sherri is awesome)! Every question I've had has NEVER been answered with anything other than the generic, onesizefitsall response. Their policies & rules are enforced when convenient for them only. They are not there to genuinely help and do what's right for the patients, they are there to get a check. Horribly ran place..I'm thoroughly disgusted."

"To the first two people leaving comments on here... 1 - This is a Mental Health Hospital. Unless you are a Dr or a Dr's office with a pre-approved contact you aren't going to get any "medical records". HIPAA laws dictate that unless you are an approved contact they can't even confirm that a patient was or wasn't there. 2 - Rating a business one star because you are a bad driver is pretty weak. Don't ride people's tail... Sounds like you got less than you deserved."

"One of the employees flipped me off on my way to work and when I confronted him about it he told me I was "riding his ass" the whole way. It's a 2 lane highway and I was just late to work. When I told him this he responded with "then get yo ass to work then, I'm at work". The whole time he was stepping closer and closer ready to fight me. Considering he works at a mental hospital, he needs an attitude check."

"As far as inpatient psychiatric hospitals go, this one was probably the least unpleasant of all the ones I've been to. It was still an awful place to be, there were, like in all places, dumb, power-tripping, unsympathetic staff members and overmedication issues, but it wasn't nearly as bad as St. Elizabeth's or Choate."
