"called back to back for 4 hours, no one answered. online says they're open until 5:00pm, got there at 4:35, they're closed. time and money wasted. this needs to change. how are you a learning center but no one can reach you during your hours of operation...?"

"They were EXTREMELY SLOW. When I walked in on 8/25/23 around 11, the front desk lady told me to go register in the cafeteria without asking me the correct questions. Come to find out that building wasn’t even where I needed to be. The front desk lady should have caught that. Then I call and she says “Please Hold” and puts me on hold extra quickly to come back in two seconds and ask how she can help me. Then when I went Into the cafeteria to “register” I put my name on a iPad and had a seat. It was an hour before someone asked me what I was there for. It turns out that I wasn’t even suppose to be there. They gave me an address that was not the address to where I needed to b. I sat there an hour while the one person who was helping people register their kids for school is helping her co workers do other things WHILE WE SIT THERE AN HOUR. It was only two people ahead of me. I SPENT AN HOUR THERE"

"My kids went here all of elementary and middle (daughter graduated from Central HS). My son left after middle school - Thank God! I even graduated from West. But things really have gone down hill. I was always the mom that was in PTA, a key communicator, etc. Which is where you found out a lot of things that would make you uncomfortable about keeping your kids here. Sometimes it just depends on the individual school, but not always. If you choose to keep your kids here - get inside info first or you may regret it. So glad my Son now goes to Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis."
