"I scheduled a grooming a week out and checked-in online specifying my pup, whom they've seen several times, was recently diagnosed w a mild heart murmur. I arrived today, on a Sunday and was told they needed to call and confirm w the vet. I had to cancel, which is a shame because my groomer does amazing work. Do to lack of preparation on their part, in the future I will not be coming back, nor will I be shopping here. Just be prepared as a pet owner, even though you fill documents, they most likely will not be prepared day of."
