"I happen to come across this cute little spot on accident and was so excited to walk in to see if I could find anything for my puppy. As I walked in, there was an associate on the floor stocking right product near the entrance. This associate did not acknowledge me nor did she say anything to me as I walked in. I didn’t think much of it and continued to browse among the store. As I approached the back, I saw the dog pastries counter and wanted to take a browse. I noticed a second associate behind this counter nor did she acknowledge or say anything to me. After that, I decided that I wasn’t going to purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. Working in the industry myself, I understand the importance of a simple greeting which these associates obviously didn’t understand. Hopefully management can talk to staff about manners and customer service. Maybe next time will be better…"

"Adorable dog bakery that every dog owner should try. I’ve gone to this location once for a customized birthday cake and another time for regular pupcakes and my dogs have loved both. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful whether you’re buying in-store or ordering via phone."
