"I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Third Coast Logistics, LLC. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our ordeal. Our business had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Third Coast Logistics, LLC, and it has been an utter disappointment from the beginning. We encountered multiple issues, each of which showcased the company's incompetence, disregard for customer needs, and blatant dishonesty. First and foremost, the company underpaid us by a substantial amount, to the tune of $600. This is an unacceptable display of negligence, and it demonstrates a lack of respect for their contractual obligations. To make matters worse, we were forced to endure an additional night of inconvenience due to their poor planning. Third Coast Logistics, LLC hired a box truck for our delivery, and when we kindly offered to assist in moving their partial, the driver inexplicably decided to abandon the location. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted our time but further exemplified the company's inability to manage their resources effectively. Furthermore, a critical detail was conveniently omitted from the communication: we were never informed that the delivery would be made to a location lacking a conventional dock, but rather with a box truck. This is a crucial piece of information that should have been transparent from the start and was not properly conveyed to us. Perhaps the most egregious offense was the unfounded claim that we were late in our delivery. The tender clearly specified a delivery window from 0700 to 1400. However, our driver moved their partial and returned the truck well before noon, which makes the accusation of tardiness a blatant lie on their part. In summary, Third Coast Logistics, LLC has proven to be unreliable, deceitful, and utterly unprofessional. Their failure to honor financial commitments, the irresponsible behavior of their hired drivers, the lack of transparency in communication, and their false claims of lateness have left us deeply dissatisfied. We strongly caution anyone considering working with Third Coast Logistics, LLC and advise them to explore alternative options with a more reputable and trustworthy company. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and it is our hope that potential clients will be spared the frustration we have endured."
