"Not recommend. My therapist was great. The billing department was my issue. Charged my card (not my insurance card) the co pay and a cancellation fee. I understand the cancellation fee but refused to give me my co pay fee back because it was against my policy. I corrected the administrative manager stating that it was my card being charged not my insurance card being charged. She then stated the reason why they couldn't give me my refund was because of the delay on their end with the claim. This didn't make any sense to me. I hope if you go here you won't have this problem. Unprofessional customer service."
