"Great location, beautiful facility, new staff could use done work on customer service. The staff at the former location maintains the level of quality service and kindness they have always been known for. I initially thought my daughter’s appointment was canceled without notice but the error was on my end due to a technical issue with my phone. I spoke to someone about the issue after waiting for 2 hours while the building was closed and the person never acknowledged the inconvenience. When I arrived at check in she seemed irritated and again failed to acknowledge inconvenience. The original staff is great, but the new colleagues could use some training."

"I never thought I'd be reviewing a dentist office but this one is well worth it. The entire staff have amazing attitudes and are super nice and loving. They really really take their time and slowly and kindly talk to the children like children, not like adults. They even make ME calm and relaxed just listening to them talk my child thru the procedure. The office and EVERY SINGLE ROOM is decorated with nice new (not old and outdated or dirty never wiped down toys) for the kids. They also have state of the art super awesome up to date x-ray machines which make it super easy for the kiddos."
