"i had not made a visit for several years and at first the entry proceedure was a little daunting. However the receptionist was very patient. The nurse was helpful and attentive as to what i was telling him about my father. Staff/volunteers were quick to help me find my fathers room. The only complaint wasthat only 1 chair was available in the room and it was on the otherside of the room behind the other patients things. 2 Chairs per room would be nice."
