I had given up on going to doctors for my personal issues but she made me think differently. She is so attentive and genuinely gives the utmost care to her patients. I really could cry talking about how much comfort shes brought me when I figured all hope was lost. She was my last chance (mentally) to get things under control and I am so happy it was her I saw and will continue doing so."

"Rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with! I called to make an appt. for a Covid test for my husband. She said he had not been in since 2017… I told her he is normally healthy. She told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me!"

"The only reason I would give 1 star over an absolute 0 is because the doctors here are great. Dr. Jaafar is amazing! However, the staff is completely under sub par. They are short, unresponsive, unwilling to help, and oblivious to any concerns the patient may have. In dealing with Mary Kay, she leaves your concerns as "your own problem" and is childish in providing good help or any viable information otherwise! I am glad to have moved far enough away to never return here as my Primary Care facility because in part of their hired staff!"

"My sons paperwork always seem lost he never sees the same doctors. we have had test done and they never tell me the results then when i ask them for the results they cant seem to find them.I cant stand being judged because of not having money or having 2 kids with different last names. They are over priced and rude. If it werent for covid i would find a different doctor in kerrville. But i will just stay close to home tell thos covid is finially over or vaccines or control starts happening."

"I hate this doctors office been seen by a few different doctors. They can't keep doctors so you will get comfortable and then have to switch to a new doctor then there's the people in the front lady answers the phone as Mary Kay in which her name is Cindy and several times she has told me an appointment time then I show up and she say oh no your appointment was a different time you must have wrote it down wrong and I thought the first time or two maybe I did write it down wrong but three times it has happened to me then I saw her do it to someone else and no way to make a complain to the office manager"
