"I first saw Manny in 2011. He had a small office in a strip center in Castroville. I struggled through my senior year of high school trying to manage stress fractures in my lower back and needed the summer to get right for my freshman year of junior college baseball, but nothing I attempted fixed the issue, until Manny. Manny got me right and I had a good freshman season but left that season with elbow issues. Luckily, I knew that small office in Castroville knew how to fix me. Manny worked with me all summer to get my elbow healthy in preparation for my sophomore season. I learned exercises and stretch routines I still use when I talk about arm care with young kids. Much thanks to Manny, I had a great sophomore year resulting in a scholarship to play baseball at New Mexico State University. 10 years later, I tore my ACL and meniscus playing pickup basketball. That small office behind Taqueria San Juan no longer existed, instead Manny had built a beautiful new facility. I've been with Manny and his team since my knee surgery, about 2 months ago, and am progressing better than i could've ever imagined (currently, 3 weeks ahead of schedule). I give all the credit to Manny and his team. They know when to push me and know when to pull back. If you're looking for a place that will have you in and out in 45 minutes, Castroville Physical Therapy ain't the place for you. If you want a place that will spend up to 2 hours per session with you to get you right, there is no better place. Castroville Physical Therapy is the perfect representation of the small town in it's name. Everyone is treated like family. They will work hard for you to get you back to at least 100%, if not better than what you thought your 100% was."
