"I would have given zero stars if possible. My elderly mother has been going to Dr. Crespo for over a year. When due to demtia concerns and concerns of people taking advantage of her in the medical field, I moved her in with me. So I requested her records twice through her new doctor once in April and then again in May. I needed to get all her medical needs taken care of before my business got too busy. Now my busy season has ended and I scheduled her for a new appointment with her primary physician and much to my surprise her records were NOT transfered and it's now SIX MONTHS LATER!!! So we requested the records for a THIRD time and it was only taken care of after calling every 30 minutes until the task was completed!! I've never experienced an issue of negligence from a physician/doctors office before and hope to never again."
"My son had an appointment today as a new patient with Dr. Crespo due to some serious issues related to a high red blood count. My son told me this Doctor was extremely rude...showed no compassion to his situation and didn't even look him over...he was upset that my son didn't have his medical records with him and made my son feel as he was not worth his time. I am beyond upset that a Doctor would treat someone in that manner when they are coming to him for help. We were only going to him because Dr. Jaafar who also works in that practice was not taking any new patients. My son's step mother has been a patient of Dr. Jaafar for many years and he has always provided excellent care to her. I definitely would not recommend trusting your health care with Dr. Crespo who has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered."
