Dollar General 1626 West University Drive, Denton, TX 76201

"This dollar general is close to my apt so I love that. The employees are very nice and immediately greet you when you walk in, they've also added a self checkout which I love, the only thing I don't like is that the self checkout only accepts cards and I mostly use cash. Everything was organized and where it was supposed to be, but the one thing I don't like about this location is the aisles are very close together and extremely narrow so it's almost impossible for 2 people to be on one aisle and be able to pass each other. So other than it being crowded I love it and I'll keep going to this location and I would recommend it to anyone who loves dollar general as much as I do"

"While this store is slightly packed with merchandise, the staff make up for it. Always friendly and helpful. And to be honest, the last time I was there they had everything organized and nice and neat! I commented on it to the checker. Looked good!"

"I only want to write good reviews, but I have to say that I’m very concerned that Dollar General is not taking the Covid virus very seriously. I went in there today and there are no sanitized buggies, there is no protective screen between the cashier and the customer leaving us only 2 feet away from one another, no signs posted asking customers to wear a mask, and the cashier was not wearing a mask. The only way for all of us to protect one another is for everyone to be wearing a mask. Especially the cashiers because they are interacting with so many different customers every day, and could be spreading the virus to others. I will not go back in there unless they change their policies."

"Store is nasty cluttered merchandise is all over the place you have to step over things there's always trash in the isle. it is the manager's responsibility to make sure her store is clean yes the employees that I encounter are nice there is always a line but there needs to be a person that's just does the stocking cleaning up of the shelves they don't look like they've been washed in years. if I was the manager I wouldn't even let people know I was the manager I would say it's someone else the manager is the responsible person to do the things that has to be done"

"Always crowded and not very clean. The cashiers are always polite and the prices are sometimes Fair depending on a coupon or a sale. Very convenient to the neighborhood since there are no convenience stores around here anymore"
