"In the past I have spent hundreds of dollars if not a thousand at this store. One person, Jenn quickly became the main reason I would come to this place because of great customer service. There has been a tendency I've noticed of me receiving shabby customer service by everyone else there. Today I went in with the intentions of buying a fish tank kit and a filter. I was willing to pay up to $300 for everything that I needed. The problem manifested itself when I was in the store with a basket lifting up tanks looking for price tags and what was inside the tank and checking the conditions. Not a soul greeted me. Now at 15 minutes I found the aquatics technician cleaning tanks. He finally acknowledged my presence said hello and went to scrubbing tanks again. The store had three potential customers inside. There were two employees at the front register talking, not even a nod of acknowledgment. If you would like to spend a lot of money and do all the work yourself I would recommend this store."

"I wish I could give them zero stars. The last 3 times I have been in this store I have left disappointed. Its dirty and disorganized. The staff has become very different and rude. Tonight was the last time I will go there. Who sales tons of cat box lids with no bottoms? This store does! Ridiculous! Also, why in the heck would they offer to sale a customer a defective product with a percentage off putting your animals in danger? This lady had the nerve to try to sell me a broken cat box tonight! Unbelievable! Absolutely no help at all either. Petco on Harwood you need to take all your defective cat boxes and lids with no capable bottoms off the shelves!"

"This is an older location that doesn't have a grooming salon. I will say the staff has always been great but it would be nice to see some updates done to the store. It does look worn, and is small so they don't have a huge selection like some of the newer stores. 3 stars for selection and being outdated but 5 stars for the staff."
