"I had a bad experience with giving them my card information upfront. They got charge happy with my card and drained my bank account. I did not see anywhere on their paperwork that they would charge $100 missed appointment fee. But, let's just say they did. Usually, agencies will send an invoice and say the balance needs to be paid before we can schedule again. I DO NOT and will never again give my card information to a business that requires it up front where I lose control over what's been taken out. There's no way to know what charge was for what session when it's just randomly taken out like that. And, there were way more charges than actual sessions. Also, my therapist canceled, and I was still charged. There were many $30 charges when my co-pay for mental health is only $10. My advice is to pay cash up front. I'm never going to give my carLesson learned."
