"I wish I had read the many poor reviews of Dr. Arca before allowing her to see my children. Absolutely disgusting misrepresentation of our appointment in her visit notes. Claims that issues were "addressed" that we literally never discussed and included unnecessary and inaccurate statements. My son just turned 4 and is afraid of the doctor's office so he had a difficult appointment. She wrote that my son was autistic in her visit notes after her very first interaction with him for only 10-15 minutes. She never spoke a word about this to me during the visit. There are laws against what she did. You can't just blindly "diagnose" someone like that in their medical records with no formal evaluation from someone licensed and qualified to make such an assessment. Incomprehensibly immoral and unprofessional act. She also lied in her notes and said he had no understandable language but he was clearly speaking during the vision test while calling out the things he saw like "boat, star, circle, etc." She just plain lied because he was crying and not responding to her during her exam. My family will never return to her or this practice again. Don't make the same mistake. Read the reviews and avoid this "doctor.""

"We moved here from out of state and have loved Dr Arca and Cooks Children’s. We get to see our doctor for every sick visit not a NP. She gave us a great referral for a specialist that could see us quickly. The staff have been friendly and accommodating in getting appointments scheduled quickly."

"Set up a new appt for my child a week in advance, get a call 20mins before we are supposed to be there and they cancel because THEY didn’t get the proper paperwork. My child is on meds and needed refills after we moved here out of state and they knew all of this. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. My child is now out of meds which he needs everyday."

"Our family has been at this practice since my first child was born (over 18 years ago). We saw Dr. Beth (Montigue) for many years until she left the practice and switched over to see Dr. Kim (Burgess) as we had seen her on a couple of occasions when Dr. Beth could not. Dr. Kim is fantastic and she truly takes the time to talk to her patients. I love that she talks to my children (who are both teens) and doesn't focus on me. She thoroughly explains every procedure to them and goes over important bits of information about health and wellness. The staff has always been accommodating about getting my kids in when needed. Nothing but good things to say about the practice!"
