"My mom had a terrible experience with an employee named Julia today. All my mom wanted was to make a payment and this employee was so rude to my mom in front of another customer. If she was in a bad mood or going thru a problem it’s not my moms fault and she shouldn’t take it on the clients. Don’t go to work if it’s a problem to you that a client wants to make a payment. You are there to work not to insult clients. I don’t recommend this place at all with this rude customer service from this employee and I’m glad my mom reported her to home office. I hope this company resolves this problem with how their employees treat their customers. I will continue to tell my friends and other people not to go to this store."
