"I thought they were good till I had an issue about halfway through the coronavirus pandemic had not worked for 13 weeks couldn't pay the bill called and told them Before the bill came due that I was not going to be able to pay them right away they said okay no problem they cancelled my policy which I understand, then when I went to pay the bill they bumped my monthly rate up about 75% and wanted over $250 to rewrite the policy I went somewhere else! the reason I went there again was they owed me some money on my policy"
