"Called and spoke directly to Egan Schroeder regarding the 40% increase in my homeowners insurance. He advised I needed to schedule an appointment which he confirmed for Thursday at 4 pm. I arrive on Thurs and 4 pm and my appointment was not in their system. Fortunately, the staff was very accommodating and I was able to be seen. The only explanation for my 40% increase was attributed to “inflation “. Not acceptable. Canceling my policy and taking my business elsewhere. I highly recommend reviewing your policy!"

"This office offers you the insurance. But they do not look for what people needs. Only interested in selling the most expensive insurance and do not give you options to customise your insurance options to get a better quote or price. In my case, I do not needed road side assistance and pull service and rental car in case of emergency because I have these with my home insurance and they could not remove these. I am not sure if they can do this but at the place I ended up getting my insurance they could and was able to save around 450 dlls a year."
