"This place is really clean with great staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I used the self dog wash and it was really easy. They gave us a free dog treat but she wouldn't eat it. That's weird right?"

"We have been fans of this store for quite a while. Good supplies and decent selection of fish. Personally, my wife and I have spent a good thousand dollars up there. We run several tanks and we would generally speak with a guy with long hair that was always a great help. Not sure if he works there or not any more. However today went to purchase about 15 fish and were basically told no and we should only purchase a few because of ammonia levels.. I didn't feel like arguing (although I shouldn't even have to). Her demeanor was somewhat insulting as we have been running tanks for years and these were going to be separated in a holding tank. The lady that "assisted" was pretty set on acting like we had no idea what we were doing. Even after telling her the size tank they were going to eventually be placed in. Additionally, it felt like she was trying to make a statement in front of a younger employee who was cleaning a tank. Sadly, we will not be returning. If a customer comes in with multiple tanks over a hundred gallons, odds are they probably know what they are doing. Missed opportunity."
