"Unprofessional and unethical. She was slightly late to the first appointment and immediately commented that people are driving like they have nowhere to go and it must be nice to have nowhere to go. I am unemployed right now and typically don't leave my house often, so that was a nice start to the appointment. She made comments about the medications I am currently on without having the appropriate background as to why I am on said meds, even though I had to fill out a detailed form prior to the appointment. She clearly didn't review it. In regards to one of my medications she commented on how one of her friend gave her the medication and went into detail about how it effected her. If I could give zero stars I would. Im a veteran so I didn't exactly get a choice of who I got to see but I won't be going back."

"Same as other users. I have seen her several times in the past, along with my wife at the time. She would cancel appointments often, show up late, vent about personal issues. After my wife and I separated she still continued to share session information with her. She accused me of being “the more manipulative one” because she said I was smarter than my ex wife, but couldn’t give clear reasoning behind her accusations. Very unethical and highly recommend you seek other services."

"I gave 1 star because I was unable to give none. They are unprofessional, condescending, and flat out rude. One appointment was missed and suddenly they were “unable to take in patients.” This is not how you treat people in general, much less people with mental health issues trying to get their mental health on track. Do not go here if you want understanding, professional, and kind counseling!"

"Went to Kristina for about three months. She often did not reply due to personal problems which I gave her a pass a few times although it was unprofessional. Half of my appointments were forgotten about, pushed back, or she was late to. She has left me on read three times over the past three weeks when I was in urgent need to see someone. Pretty disappointing experience for my first time trying out a counselor."
