"I was a walk in for a simple urine test. My name wasn't showing on the television so when they opened the door (no one was at the window and it's blocked by plants), I asked for help. She didn't care. Just told me if I'm checked in then my name would show on the screen and then closed the door. After waiting AN ENTIRE HOUR, I left. No one checks in on the people in the waiting area. They just open the door, call the next name, and walk back. There were other people having issues with the check in machines and not seeing their name on the list too."

"Do not ever arrive at this one in Mansfield without an appointment. You will wait 2 hours at least. They need another one in this area badly because of the number of doctors and hospitals is growing by the day. Once you are in though, they are friendly and competent."

"Leaving a review since there's a lot of bad ones. I had an appointment so I don't know what it's like for walk-ins. I was in and out within 12 minutes. Mario was extremely kind and professional. No one was rude to me. I heard a woman explaining to everyone in the waiting room that they need to have checked in at the kiosk. She said she had two lists and to please make sure your name was on the list. Otherwise, it meant you didn’t check in."

"Didn’t really have an issue here. Made an appointment, showed up a few minutes before and they brought me in very quickly and got me taken care of. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly, but by no means rude or mean. Don’t think you can call this location, wasn’t able to do so when I tried."
