"I had a kitty with new onset seizures. They got me in the next day early. Each new person introduced themselves. Normally, Miss Kitty is terrified of people. You could tell she wasn't happy but never tried to run away from them. They talked softly, moved slowly, and did everything to not scare her. Explained everything, including detailed upfront costs. Very happy with them!"
