"We were happy with the grooming and made another appointment at that time. Today we show up at 8 am and we’re told we didn’t have an appointment. He looked on the calendar and it was there but never put on the appointment schedule. We were told they could stay but would be there till 5 pm all day. I asked if we could just bring them back in the afternoon and was told that wouldn’t work. Not sure why not. We were the first to have an appointment on this day as they didn’t even have an appointment calendar. I even explained one of ours was Medicated prior to coming but that didn’t matter. They did apologize but that it still didn’t sit well with us. We are full time in an RV and got them several customers from this resort. Make sure you call Prior to medicating if needed. My pup is now a zombie for the day for no reason. Had we not medicated a rescheduled would have been fine. I would have given 5 stars on the first grooming."
