"When we arrived for a prescription, we saw a sizable line but it moved fairly quick (15 minutes). We were acknowledged right away. It’s great to have it close by."
"Pharmacist Michael is indeed an exceptional, brilliant professional who is caring and wise. He explained the important factors of my medication prescription and s/s to look for and report to pcp if needed. He was thorough and made sure I understood His instructions. Thank you Pharmacist Michael for serving the ill with excellence."
"I arrived on time, only to wait an hour for Covid & flu vaccine. Very polite, but slower than a snail when it comes to service given on time… so disappointed :(. :(. :("
"Bad experience. I was in line for about 30 minutes to pick up a prescription for my husband that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I got to window about 7:40pm. Prescription was not ready. I was asked to return. I needed another prescription for my daughter and was asked to go to the drop off window to ask for prescription for my daughter. While at drop off window, I gave the girl a handwritten prescription for myself. I returned a couple of days later to pick up the prescriptions and was given my husband's prescription and my daughter's prescription. The woman at the window looked and looked and could not find my prescription which was a written one. She argued with me that she didn't have one and I must not have left it. I asked her to look at cameras and told her the day and explained exactly what happened. She looked again and again and my paper copy of the prescription was no where. I was upset and about to leave the drive through window, I looked at the prescriptions I was given. It so happened that my prescription was there with my daughter's name on the label. I'm so glad I checked. My daughter is a older teen and I usually just give her prescriptions and tell her to follow the instructions. This could have really caused a problem. This is a BAD mistake. Pharmacy manager was no where in site. I can't believe pharmacy made a mistake like this. I ordered my daughter's medication and gave them mine prescription. The pharmacy put my medicine in my daughter's name in the system."
